Preparation of the last farewell
In our society, death is not a topic that people like to deal with. Funeral contract
You have the option of leaving a lifetime order at the funeral home.
In a personal conversation, we will discuss all your wishes with you regarding the type of burial, selection of the coffin / urn, the course of the funeral service, the design of the obituary notice, etc. Based on your wishes, we will prepare a cost estimate.If you opt for a prevention plan with money deposit, the amount will be paid into a specially designated account. The funeral home has access to this after the death has occurred.But you can also take out death insurance, among others with the Wiener Verein, which is a contractual partner of ours. After the death, it will be billed directly to the funeral home.
Make an appointment with us and bring the following with you:
- Documents (birth certificate, proof of citizenship, marriage certificate, divorce decree, spouse’s death certificate (if you are widowed), proof of academic degree (if any), passport for foreigners We deposit copies of it and can use it to carry out the certification at the registry office (death certificate)
- If there is a grave, which graveyard, group/row/number of gravesite
- If there is death insurance, we need the policy

There are basically two types of preparation:
Possibility of a one-time deposit
e.g. A senior would like to burden his children or relatives, some of whom may have moved away and live in the big city or who may be busy professionally and privately, as little as possible in the event of his decease. He has already saved something. He would like to have everything important discussed during his lifetime. (e.g. grave site, burial or cremation, church funeral, etc.) A one-time payment for funeral insurance is the right product for him. He has already paid for his funeral with it, no matter when it is needed. Any surpluses are paid out immediately.
Possibility of monthly deposits
e.g. A middle-aged person (with a family) does not, of course, expect to die soon. Therefore, he does not think about a one-time deposit. He hasn’t saved anything for his funeral. It is better for him to choose a monthly, low deposit with immediate full coverage in the event of death. This is also the difference to life insurance, where the payment is only made after a long, detailed examination and after the inheritance process.
With a Wiener Verein insurance, in the event of death, the payment will be made for the funeral immediately, without waiting for the inheritance proceedings. If the sum insured exceeds the funeral expenses, the excess amount is transferred directly to the account of the authorized person.
